Pep rally gives Eagles lively send off

A large crowd packed into the Mercer County High School gym Friday, Oct. 30, to get ready for Saturday's 3A playoff game at Kankakee McNamara. The band played, the cheerleaders and pom pom squad performed and the players were introduced.
Boys and girls golfers and the boys and girls cross country teams were also recognized. The cross country teams are in action Saturday morning at the sectionals in Elmwood.
