Rep. Swanson hosts DeBlock as honorary page in Illinois House

WOODHULL… State Representative Dan Swanson (R-Alpha) hosted Aledo resident Hannah DeBlock as an Honorary Page in the Illinois House on Monday, May 22nd.

Hannah is a Junior at Mercer County High School where she has been an active participant in Key Club, Dance Team, Band, and was Junior Year Homecoming Attendant as well as being on the Faculty Honor Roll for three years. Hannah is a volunteer at a local senior living center as well as volunteering at the school wrestling tournament and at the Mercer County Fair. Additionally, she is a lifeguard and swim instructor at the YMCA.

Hannah is honored to serve as Key Club Vice President and Co-Captain of the Dance Team. She is the daughter of Angie and John DeBlock.

“I am honored to host this exceptional young woman as an Honorary Page in the Illinois House,” said Rep. Swanson. “Hannah has shown great prowess academically, but also has shown the heart of a volunteer.”
