MERCER COUNTY REPORTS THREE NEW POSITIVE CASES

(September 21, 2020, Aledo, IL) The Mercer County Health Department (MCHD) today announces three additional confirmed cases of COVID-19. This brings the county’s total to 127 cases. The latest cases include: 1 male in his teens, 1 male in his 20’s, and 1 male in his 70’s.

(September 24, 2020, Aledo, IL) The Mercer County Health Department (MCHD) today announces eight additional confirmed cases of COVID-19. This brings the county’s total to 135 cases. The latest cases include: 1 male in his 40’s, 1 male in his 50’s, 2 males in their 60’s, 1 male in his 70’s, 1 female in her teens, 1 female in her 50’s, and 1 female in her 60’s.

At this time there are 15 individuals isolating at home and none currently hospitalized. The number of deaths remains unchanged at 5 individuals. Due to Federal privacy restrictions, release of any additional information on cases is prohibited. Public Health Officials are identifying and contacting all close contacts of these cases.
