Shop With A Hero

The third annual Shop with a Hero Soup/Chili Cook-off will be held Wednesday, Dec. 1 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Aledo City Hall council chambers.

Local cooks are invited to put their recipe to the test and bring in a crock-pot of their best soup and be ready to eat with the rest.

Individuals can sample the dishes with a free will donation.

All proceeds will go to the Shop With A Hero program.

There will be prizes for the first and second place prize winners.
