Illinois State Police DUI Arrests June 20-June 26

Illinois State Police District 7, announced today, DUI and alcohol-related enforcement activity for the week of Monday, June 20 – Sunday, June 26.  

Reports indicate that District 7 Troopers arrested and charged the following individuals with DUI, Zero Tolerance, Illegal Consumption/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, and/or Illegal Delivery of Alcohol to a Person Under the Age of 21:

Knox County

    Leopoldo Diaz, 38, Galesburg, IL (DUI Alcohol)

    Derek M. Sanders, 23, West Point, IA (DUI Alcohol)

Rock Island County

    Demetrius O. Pena, 21, Davenport, IA (DUI Alcohol)

    Dennis L. Stahl, 42, Colona, IL (DUI Alcohol)

    Daniel E. Sweeney, 51, Moline, IL (DUI Alcohol)

(The above mentioned individuals have been charged with a crime; however, those charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.)
