Emily Mills was crowned Jr. Miss Milan Indian Summer Festival on Saturday night during the Lil' Miss pageant at the Milan Indian Summer Festival. Emily attends Sherrard Junior High School and is the daughter of Marty and Sheila Mills of Milan.
