Members of the Knuckle Busters Car Club and Aledo Chapter 20110 of Royal Neighbors of America presented a $648 check to the Mercer County School Board for the Pay to Play Program.

The group raised $324 during a 50/50 raffle at the Knuckle Busters Car Show at Aledo's Antique Days in August and with a match from Royal Neighbors of America, $648 will go to help sponsor area students interested in participating in sports programs at Mercer County High School.

The Knuckle Busters Car Club and Royal Neighbors of America Chapter 20110 are made up of area residents who have a passion for show cars and a desire to make a difference in the community. Anyone interested in joining or participating in upcoming activities may contact Jeff Beeding at (309) 738-7285.
