Students and employees donate 14 units of blood at the East Campus

Students and employees rolled up their sleeves for a good cause Tuesday (Nov. 9) at Black Hawk College. Fourteen units of blood were donated during a blood drive sponsored by the Student Government Association. Forty-two people will benefit from the donations. Of the 21 possible donors, seven were first-time donors.

The Peoria Chapter of the American Red Cross held the blood drive at Black Hawk College - East Campus south of Kewanee.
