Learn How to Grow Your Own Produce at Rock Island County Extension’s Homegrown Challenge Free Tuesday Classes - 5:30 pm, May 10 – June 28
Rock Island County Extension is inviting the public to get involved in home vegetable gardening–as a benefit to your health and the environment! These free classes are geared to the new or beginner gardener. You'll learn some of basics for planting, care, and harvesting of fresh produce. Classes will be led by Rock Island County Master Gardeners. All classes are held from 5:30 - 6:30 pm at Rock Island County Extension, 321 West 2nd Ave., Milan, IL.
