Prospective BHC nursing students should attend info session

Students interested in applying for the Black Hawk College Associate Degree Nursing program for Spring 2012 are required to attend a Nursing Informational Meeting in September.

Students considering nursing also are encouraged to attend one of the meetings.

Meetings will be held simultaneously at the Quad-Cities Campus in Moline and the East Campus near Kewanee:

·       Thursday, Sept. 1 from noon to 2 p.m.

·       Wednesday, Sept. 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

·       Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 9-11 a.m.

·       Tuesday, Sept. 20 from 1-3 p.m.

·       Tuesday, Sept. 27 from 2-4 p.m.

·       Friday, Sept. 30 from 6-8 p.m.

At the East Campus, meetings will be in Building A, Room 123.

At the Quad-Cities Campus, meetings will be in Building 2, Room 101 except Thursday, Sept. 1 — that meeting will be in Building 2, Room 114.

Applications for Spring 2012 will be available online Thursday, Sept. 1 through Friday, Sept. 30 at www.bhc.edu/nursing.

Priority applications will be accepted through Thursday, Sept. 15. Applications must be completed and returned by Friday, Sept. 30.
