Black Hawk College East Campus agriculture and equine students recently polished their table manners at the college’s annual etiquette seminar at PL Damron's in Kewanee.
The event trains Black Hawk College students on proper etiquette at the dinner table. Judy Warthen of Kewanee conducted the intensive two-hour instruction on how to dine with elegance and grace. The presentation consisted of a five-course meal where students learned about good manners ranging from seating their guests to proper use of silverware and eating practices.
