Lack appointed to BHC Board of Trustees

The Black Hawk College Board of Trustees has chosen Jerry Lack of East Moline to fill the seat on the board vacated in April by trustee Mike Boland.
Lack is a 1983 Black Hawk College graduate. He has served on the Black Hawk College Foundation Board of Directors since July 2007.
Lack has been the executive director of the Illowa Construction Labor & Management Council since 2007. From 1984 to 2007, he worked for U.S. Rep. Lane Evans as the Congressman’s economic and community development director.
Lack will be given the oath of office at the board’s May 24 regular meeting at the Community Education Center in downtown Kewanee. He will serve until April 2013.
