Carl Sandburg College will hold summer campus visits July 18, July 25 and Aug. 1 on the Main Campus in Galesburg, 2400 Tom L. Wilson Blvd.

Sandburg ranked among the top 10 percent nationally in lowest average net price for two-year public colleges during the 2009-2010 academic year, according to a June report by the U.S. Department of Education. Sandburg’s average net price of $3,338 for in-district students was nearly half the national average, according to the report. The report said the national average to attend a two-year public institution was $6,485 and that 74 percent of full-time first-year students received scholarships and grant aid.
