Rockridge baseball team bested Macomb in a 5-2 and 20-1 twinbill win. The girls also pounded Macomb in Olympic Conference wins in softball, 14-1, 19-1.

Pat Goodnight is now on the road to recovery. The first of February she was diagnosed.

Jake, Carrie, and Lahla Montague, Mel and Betty Blaser, Mel and Susan Blaser, and Beulah Venable attended University of Iowa baseball game at Iowa City, with Tyson Blaser, catcher. Sunday April 11, 1 p.m. 4-1 in favor of Iowa.

Dick and Kathy Allen, Yukon, Okla. came to see Joe DeMarlies for vacation, Saturday, April 10.

Marty Curry and Deanne ate homemade biscuits and gravy for Sunday breakfast, April 11 with Dick and Bonnie Curry.

Friday, April 9, Ed and Pam Long and Dick and Bonnie Curry met for supper at the V.F.W. Building, in Aledo.

The Susannah Circle was held at the Reynolds Methodist Church Monday, April 12, with Cindy Flack as hostess. Cindy presented the lesson. Lucille Elliott, president, presided. There were seven members.

Rockridge girls, present, softball team defeated Geneseo Leady Leafs, Monday April 12, 7-0 at Rockridge. This was the first loss for Geneseo in 11 games.
