Maxine Stout no longer lives on the outskirts of Little York;  her new address is Apartment 814 on 200 East Harlem Ave., Monmouth, Ill.

Word has been received here that a former Yorkwood teacher, Marcella Wallace Harris of Tuscola passed away on Jan. 25, 2011.

Lucille and Bill Biddle enjoyed a visit by their daughter, Debbie Donahue of Carman, on Sunday.

Visitors in the Clyde Campbell home over the weekend were their grandsons, Dan Determan, of Chicago and Andy Determan of Kansas City, Mo.

Gladys and Jim Free accompanied by Rosie and Phil Sexton of Monmouth, visited their son, Stan and family in Yorkville on Sunday.

Helen Jane Nicol was in Galesburg Saturday and had lunch with her daughter, Mary Ann McCann and granddaughters Cory McCann and Lindsay Higgerson and great-granddaughter, Peighton Higgerson.

The Little Cedar congregation enjoyed special music "Purify My Heart" by the adult choir last Sunday morning.

Prayer time and choir practice will follow Logos at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

Afternoon Bible Study is Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Carol's and the evening study is at 6:30 at Lind's.

On March 18, a video was shown for those going on the June Mission Trip.

The LaGrace Hall of Hope Spring Tea was Saturday, March 19 at the Lake Story Pavilion from 1:30 until 4 p.m.

Exercise is good for you unless you get it by patting yourself on the back.
