Renea Anderson

Ida Steepleton had off work last weekend so she drove to Paw Paw, IL

with sister Sandy and her husband Lloyd of Cambridge to the home of

her nephew and his family.  Lane and Robin McCannon were hosting a

graduation party for the foreign exchange student from Germany that

has been living with them. The student’s parents were here from

Germany for the event.

Dave and Susan Ford went to Tennessee last week for their

granddaughter’s high school graduation. Their son, Jim’s oldest

daughter Ainsley graduated from high school in Sevierville, TN. She is

going to attend the community college in Sevierville which is the home

town of Dolly Parton. This renowned singer, songwriter and actress

awards scholarships to all graduates of Sevierville High who attend

the Community College there for two years and maintain a B average.

Ed and Renea Anderson were busy last weekend. Their son and

daughter-in-law, Evan and Rebecca Anderson of Huntington Beach were

back for the long Memorial Day weekend. On Saturday they all attended

a hardball game that Ed and Renea’s grandsons, Matthew and Mason Weeks

were playing in Aledo. On Sunday, some of the family had brunch at the

Geneva Country Club in Muscatine and then there was an 8th grade

graduation party for Matthew and Mason at the home of their parents,

Mark and Toni Weeks of Aledo. Evan and Rebecca left for California on

Monday.
