BilliJo (Armentrout) Ayers

In her 30 short years, BilliJo (Armentrout) Ayers of New Boston, touched the lives and hearts of many with her energetic, fun-loving and carefree ways.  She peacefully lost her battle with cancer on August 11th, 2011.

Services for BilliJo are Sunday, August 14, 2:00 p.m. at the New Boston Cemetery with a celebration of BilliJo’s life following at Miller Time, 312 2nd Street, New Boston.  Her family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be left for the American Cancer Society or family wishes.  Online condolences may be left at www.dennisonfuneralhome.com.

BilliJo was born to David and Christine Armentrout on June 14, 1981.  She grew up in Keithsburg and New Boston with one sister, Angel.  BilliJo graduated from Westmer High School, Blackhawk Community College and Western Illinois University.  She worked as an Adult Education Instructor for Blackhawk Community College.  She married the love of her life, Doug Ayers, on July 18th, 2009.  They lived in New Boston with daughter Jordan and spent most of their time outside riding bikes and 4-wheelers, swimming, walking their dogs and hanging out with family and friends.

BilliJo will forever be loved and remembered by her parents Dave and Chris; her husband Doug; stepdaughter Jordan Ayers; father and mother-in-law Marshall and Terry Ayers; grandparents Clayton and Dorothy Young, Lou Ayers, and Keith and Elaine Irwin; sister and her spouse Angel and Ryan Mueller and niece Eden and nephew Guy; sister-in-law Kim Roberts and niece Karli and nephew Lucas Long; many aunts, uncles, cousins, countless friends and her boys Zeus and Tank.
