Joseph L. “Joey” Davidson

Joseph L. “Joey” Davidson, 25, of Cambridge, formerly of Aledo, died Thursday August 11, 2011 in Cambridge.  A visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, August 14 at the Fippinger Funeral Home in Aledo.  Private Burial will be at a later date.  Memorials may be left for the Tourette Syndrome Association.  Online condolences can be made at www.fippingerfuneralhome.com

He was born April 17, 1986 in Moline to Bruce and Toni Davidson.  He attended Westmer and Aledo schools and graduated from Cambridge High School.

Joey was employed in the home improvement and landscaping business with aspirations to become a hypnotherapist.  He loved to play cards especially poker and spades and enjoyed video games, football and being with friends and family.

Survivors include his parents, Bruce and Toni Davidson of Cambridge, a sister Amber Davidson also of Cambridge, a brother Joshua (Nicole) Davidson of Davenport, IA, Maternal Grandparents Lewis and Eileen Wiley of New Boston, paternal grandparents, Bruce and Dorothy Dobbins of Erie, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

His grandfather Gregory Lee Davidson preceded him in death.
