Mary Elaine "Sue" Goff

Mrs. M. Elaine "Sue" Goff, 64, of Killeen, Texas formerly of Kingsville, Texas died Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at her residence in Killeen.

She was born on August 30, 1946 in New Boston to Harold "Porky" and W. Mae (Brown) Shotwell. She was a 1964 graduate of Westmer High School. Sue was employed for over 20 years by Walmart.

She is survived by a daughter, Brenda Freeman and fiance' William Townsend, Portland, Texas; two sons, Harold (Sandy) Goff of Killeen, Texas and Scott (Samantha) Canfield of Waskom, Texas; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; one half-sister, Rose Marlene (Eugene) Johnson of Texas; one sister-in-law, Arlene Shotwell of Joy; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sue was preceded in death by her beloved husband F. David Goff, parents and one brother, Ronald.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, August 5 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel, Kingsville, Texas. Burial was in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
