American Legion and Auxiliary Travel to Veterans Home

On August 8, The American Legion and The Auxiliary traveled to the Quincy Veterans Home to visit the Veterans, and have a Bingo Session with them. Cookies and drinks were served. Some donations were made, and  raffle Items were also taken, and tickets drawn for the winners.  We hope to go back again. We are already collecting items for our next visit. They especially enjoyed the patriotic Items of wall hangings and clothes. The veterans were pleased to attend. A good time was had by all.
