Hoscheidt, Lee elected to Aledo Hall of Fame

WRMJ owner and broadcaster John Hoscheidt and 2003 AHS graduate Brett Lee were inducted into the Aledo High School Hall of Fame Jan. 31.

Lee is best known for having led the Aledo Green Dragon football team to state championships in 2001 and 2002. As the quarterback of the team he led the Green Dragons to a 27-1 record.

He currently holds the school record for season passing yardage, career passing yardage, season TD passes and career TD passes.

John Hoscheidt

John Hoscheidt is the owner/general manager of WRMJ radio station in Aledo. He has broadcast Aledo High School sports for the past 30 years, including 57 of 59 Aledo football play-off games. He graduated from Henry-Senachwine High School in 1972.

•All Tri-County Conference in baseball, basketball and track

•Signed a full baseball scholarship to attend Southern Illinois University-Carbondale
