It was a perfect day for golf on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 and the Mercer County girls captured a team score of 195 at their home course, Hawthorn Ridge, defeating Alleman’s 224. Senior, Emma Saltzman ended the nine holes with the winning score of 45.

The MC boys team was trying to drive in a winning score but fell short against United, who edged out MC by 6 strokes. Team scores: United-175, Mercer County-181. United’s Drew Brown came in with the best individual score of 40. In close contention were Mercer County’s Robbie Holtschlag with 41 and Gage Lager scoring 42.
