United wins third game in three days

The United High School girls basketball team earned its third win in as many nights with a 51-26 Lincoln Trail Conference victory over ROWVA on Wednesday.

The Red Storm (14-6, 6-1) led 25-10 at the break and put the game out of reach by outscoring the Tigers 16-10 in the third quarter.

Taylor Toops led United with 16 points and Augusta Chandler added 10. Megan Foglesong had nine points for ROWVA.
