Rockets defeat Mercer County 64-21

The Rockridge Rockets girls basketball team  defeated Mercer County 64-21 on Jan. 26.

The Rockets outscored Mercer County 19-4 in the first quarter and limited the Golden Eagles to just one field goal in the first half. The Rockets led 38-6 at the half and cruised to victory.

Scoring for Mercer County were Kim Nelson, Emma Downey, Michaela Baker and Miranda Biddle, four; Bailey Krstic, three and Taylor Bennett, two.

Scoring for Rockridge were: Nikki Dixon, 14; Emily Watkins, 11; Kaylee Moseley, 10; Destiny Grawe, eight; Stephanie Schulte, seven; Bre Lawless, five; Allyson Martens, four; Ale Woods, three and Caitlin McVay, two.
